    Carl/Beth Callback?

So I was thinking about the first episode of the season, "Seed" and thought of a theory. Remember how Carl was hitting on Beth? That had to be in there for a reason right? Maybe Carl sacrifices his life for her and Judith?? idk any thoughts?

If anything Beth will sacrifice herself.

I dont think she or judith are long for this world, (Not complaining) so they have to make her death memorable

Besides Carl is Rick's reason for living, even the in the GN, No Carl, No Rick, No show.

Agree! However, i just had a thought about Beth and Judith. Perhaps they are all in danger and Carl needs to pick between them - he can only save one. Would be huge for his character, and would set up some nice stuff for him for season 4.

I want both Beth and Judith to die before they leave the prison arc.

    I'm cold as ice.

Loosing Judith will push Rick forward, as much as we wants to i dont think he can love Judith like he loves Carl.

Judith dying during the prison arc will be like Rick closing the Lori door, then there isnt anything left of her and Shane and stuff after the ZA and he can focus on Carl, a child between them. And maybe he will stop fucking see her ghost.

I agree with the whole 'Rick closing the Lori door' and focusing on Carl, but i think they need to spread out the loss - particularly regarding Judith. You can't do that much with baby storylines but you can still do a fair bit. If Rick and Judith's relationship won't work like you suggested, then build on Carl's and Judith's - get us to care, so when she does inevitably die, it's even harder. Even now, it's obvious Carl loves her more then Rick does and i would think it would be a nice mirror when it does happen. Because for the most part concerning Lori's death they've mostly showed Rick's side to it, we've not got much of Carl's side. So it would be nice if Judith's death is more about Carl then Rick. It would be fitting because he was there at her birth, he helped deliver her, and he's constantly looking out for her best interest. While Rick is just giving her strange looks. It would be a huge mistake to kill both Lori and Judith in the same arc for TV imo. This is looking like a 7-8 season series, and the losses for two of shows most central characters need to be spread out.

As for Beth, good riddance. Though, things looks like she'll survive this season and Nictero implied that she'll survive and get a LOT more development next season.

I highly doubt they'll kill Carl. I agree with the possibility of Beth saving Carl by sacrificing herself. But, it will not be the other way around.
