    Episode 4.07 'Dead Weight' description

I was looking at the tv guide on my tv and I found the description of ep 7. It goes as follows:
"dead weight"- "The begginings of a potentially horrifying chapter unfold with the establishment of a camp outside the prison;the possibility of the group finding peace amongst their savage new existance drives them to consider the idea of welcoming new members."

maybe the Governor only gets one stand-alone episode or just part of the 7th ep?

Hi, 2000, thanks for giving us the expanded version- what we had in a Compilation :Dead Weight: Something new unfolds at a camp outside the prison; the addition of new members may threaten peace and this is the episode in which Enver Gojkaj (Dollhouse) has a role. Brothers Mack (recurring) and Patrick (one-shot) are supposed to be introduced in this episode which is also considered to be the second of the Governor-centric episodes before the action goes back to the prison in episode 4.8.

For me, both descriptions that talk about a camp outside the prison

is a plan of the governor, who knows, maybe have the tank.

and also remember that Michonne and hershel just wanted to leave when the gob appeared at the end of Chapter 5

This might be a setup for Hershel to get tyresed.

I'm praying not! Seriously don't think I'm emotionally stable enough to lose Hershel yet! T_T

I think it'd be awesome to see some of the prison group in this episode. I doesn't seem right that we don't see any of them for two weeks, then they are back for the midseason finale, then we have to wait a few months for the show to come back.

I'm all for a standalone Governer episode, but I think it's a bad idea to have to have two straight episodes without the prison group. Might lose a lot of viewers.

While the 2 standalones in a row is not what I prefer, it seems as though AMC and the writers will use it as a way to bring us up to date on Team Governor while also preparing us for the epic prison battles later. Many of us want to see that portion (based upon) of the comic brought to life and of course Kirkman said that episode 9, which he wrote, will come almost straight from the comic.

At the same time, it feels that AMC is using that to drive the hype for the second half of the season when we are all anxious to find out what is happening with Team Rick. I can understand it from both a writing perspective and a marketing one, but I do truly want to see some Governor action. Mileage varies.

Not looking forward to two stand-alone episodes of the governor.

What if the group make the decision to bring in the new members and they turn out to be the cannibals.
