I like how (show) Dwight said to Daryl "Ya, you probably should have." when Daryl told him he should have killed him. It wasn't condescending, it was very matter-of-fact. Seems to follow the concept that his hand is being forced and if he had killed him they wouldn't be in this situation. Kind of one of those soap opera like foreshadowing situations they're so fond of. The show clearly has to play this out differently. Rick and co have killed a lot more of Negan's men in the show than they did in the comic, also Dwight killed our only Dr. I suppose that in a disposable world, you don't harbor emotions like you would in our world. Much like (show) Abe asked Rick about letting someone close again; They call eachother family, but it really feels like they are disposable family. They would have to get over any death in record time in order to pick themselves back up and continue to survive in this world. I can't even come close to imagining what those changes in normal human emotion would feel like. I just don't even know...but I like this thread. Quite a few very good points and a fun, current topic.
