Old Man Rick Speculation (Comic Spoilers)

So if Hershel Rhee is kind of walking and talking, I'm hoping they SORAS Judith to be close to Mika's age? Lol if she's carrying a knife or something. At the very least, she should be beyond the age when someone would have to carry her around. And if Carl isn't covering up his eye, I don't see the point in his hair looking so scraggly long. I don't get that. If this turns out to be Rick dreaming about the future, anything is possible I suppose. (Even Daryl cutting his hair and looking more like his season 1 self.)

I'm not that far into the GN yet. I'm only up to issue 134, so I don't know if Rick's hair and beard are a permanent thing, or if his look changes again.

A time jump is fine and needed quite frankly. But if these talentless hacks think they can pull off a breaking bad style flash forward then their out of their minds

At first I was thinking this was probably a dream sequence, but after rewatching it I think it's the time jump. Rick really didn't age as much as I thought. In the comics the amount of years jumped ahead is about 2-5 years. A person can go grey in less time than that. The biggest difference in the time jump is going to be Judith. She may finally start growing up.

I wouldn't be shocked if "Old Man Rick" is the cold open of the S8 premiere.

Not that we'll really know what is going on till much later in the season but because the premiere is Episode 100 this would be very similar to Rick waking up in Episode 1. It'll be played off like a dream sequence but later on in the season it'll be revealed to actually be real. It's blurry here to confuse people and also because AL can't actually change his look right now since they are still on episode 6.
