Spongebob Squarepants Creator Steven Hillenburg Dies

This is sad news. SpongeBob Squarepants creator, Steven Hillenburg has died at age 57. He has been suffering from ALS, diagnosed in March of last year. My youngest daughter loved Spongebob when she was a baby. When the music played she would dance, and at the end she's try to make herself be upside down which was really her bent over peering backward through her legs. We had a lot of laughs watching SpongeBob! Thank you for them, Mr. Hillenburg, RIP.

Wow that's a shame I remember sayin to my daughter when she was young "hey I heard this show is funny try it" from that day she was hooked. It was something adults could laugh at with their kids . Very sad to hear. actual talented people are few and far between

Saw this the other day. 57 is so young.
Spongebob was a show the whole family could enjoy. They even used voices from my parent's era ~ Ernest Borgnine and Tim Conway. Not to mention Katherine Ross as Spongebob's Grandma. It was such a fun show and we still throw out a few lines (or songs) from the show from time to time.
My thoughts are with Mr. Hillinberg's family
    RIP Steve
Thank you so much for your "imagination"
