    This cracks me up
"Whites tend to drink more water and milk," Bozeman explained. "Milk itself requires a lot of water to produce when you consider livestock cultivation, so that is part of what we think is pushing [white people's] water impacts higher."
Are whites drinking "too much" water and milk or just more than those who are not white? Other than drinking it to the point of death(like the woman who died from the radio challenge), can one drink too much water in a day?

These lefties will only be happy when we are all reduced to roasting rats over cook-fires fueled by turds. Real environmentally friendly. But they'll be living high off the hog in their gated enclaves. And they'll be doing it for our good of course

If earth is still about 72% water, we're fine. People need to just stop crying about everything and everyone.

Well, yes. Increased droughts in already drought-prone regions creates water shortages (such as the Middle East, parts of Africa - surely you know of Cape Town's problems - and Australia), as does failed monsoons in wetter parts of the world (such as India and Australia again). Some experts think there will be severe conflicts in the future as growing populations & decreased water supply create shortages. Meanwhile other parts of the world get increased rainfall. The floods in the US you mention didn't really make the news here, but from what I read a few minutes ago they were caused by large amounts of rain falling on equally large amounts of snow. The rain melted the snow & because the ground was still frozen it couldn't soak up the water. Hence, flood.

As far as food goes, I don't know about white people's diets in particular, but it's pretty widely known the western diet in general is considered to be unsustainable (not to mention lacking in nutrition for a great many of us). https://www.upi.com/Science_News/201...9981533829625/

And really, if this story guilts people into silence while the government increases taxes in some way it will have done its job. That's what articles like this are about.

Make people feel guilty ----> separate them from their money.

The floods in the US midwest (specifically Nebraska this year) are a result of melting snowfalls that came with the "Bomb Cyclone" a few weeks back. Spring floods are not rare in the US not because global warming induced rains melt snow over a frozen ground that cannot absorb the water. They happen because temperatures rise in the spring to where snow no longer remains frozen. This seasonal warming is nothing special. As the earth's rotation causes the sun's rays to shine more directly on the northern hemisphere and warm our air (while the same process reduces the sun's direct warming rays on the southern hemisphere where you live), temperatures rise and snow and ice melt. It's been that way long before industrialization occurred. During the warming and ensuing melts, the ground becomes saturated with water, and the water runs off into sewers, creeks, rivers, etc. The swollen waterways become more swollen downstream as the floodwaters combine with even more runoff to create larger areas of floodwaters until areas that are outside the riverbeds are flooded. When I was much younger, this was an annual occurrence in the Mississippi, Ohio, and Missouri River areas of the midwest. Better flood control measures have been taken over the decades resulting in less of this happening, but the Bomb Cyclone was just one of those anomalies, and that's all there is to it.

Ah, my favorite word, "unsustainable". Well, yeah, once it's eaten the food becomes something else, so food as food is definitely unsustainable. I was in Whole Foods the other day and chuckled at the giant banner over the seafood section: "SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD". Seriously. Think about it. Any species that reproduces is technically sustainable, as a species, although the poor salmon filets I purchased are done for. What is there to blow one's horn about for selling seafood? What makes Whole Foods' seafood more special than anybody else's. Price, for sure.

"Sustainable" is the marketer's virtue signal, but what does it mean?
