‘Walking Dead: World Beyond’ Will Only Run For 2 Seasons

The third Walking Dead Show, Walking Dead: World Beyond, will only run for two seasons on AMC. The first season will only be ten episodes long and begin airing on April 10 before going into production later this year to air in 2021.

I'll give it a shot, but once again, Gimple just draaaags stuff out. I'm talking about the buildup to the Rick movies. At some point, just like so many other things I had hoped for and looked forward to, Gimpster puts so much distance between my milestones of hope that I've stopped caring about a lot of them.

I kinda am too because this is actually happening while there’s still no proof that the Rick movies are coming any time soon if at all.

I wish they would have killed Rick and been done with it. I am not sure that many people still care about him. Hell the show has been better without him. just my opinion

The further away Gimple gets from the main show, the better it is. I was a Rick fan, but as time flies and Gimps puts more time and distance between Rick and my interest in Rick, my interest in Rick has significantly waned. This is just one example of Gimps draaaaagggging something out thinking he's enhancing interest instead of killling it. It's the same mentality as created that season 6/7 cliffhanger. Setting aside that everybody and his dog knew who was dying by the time season 7 premiered, Gimps killed the tension and anticipation that just a little reediting in the final episode of season 6 - let us go ahead and see at least the first Lucilling and then leave what came after for the cliffhanger - would have had us discussing and theorizing instead of whining and bitching. I say this as one of the top whineleaders of the time.

Gimple just has no sense of timing. I don't know if it's because he lacks familiarity with human nature or because he's so dead set on making sure nobody figures out what's going on with the story that, duh, nobody does.

I guess a limited series wouldn't be too bad but it would have to be good to expect fans to tune in a year later. I like Juia Ormond (and I'm a tv junkie) so I'll most likely check it out.
