    RIP Brian Dennehy

Brian Dennehy, the regular-guy actor whose bulldog build, good-guy demeanor and no-nonsense approach meshed in an array of memorable roles for film, television and the theater, has died. He was 81.
Dennehy died Wednesday night of natural causes in Connecticut, his daughter Elizabeth said.

I know a lot of his roles were much bigger than this one but I always liked him as Tommy's dad in Tommy Boy
    RIP Brian

Aw that sucks, not your typical leading man type loved how in every movie he was always angry and this close to punching somebody.

RIP. He was a great actor. His character in First Blood was an absolute prick, but he was totally the opposite in Tommy Boy.

What a great actor. I was just reading through his history, he had an amazing career. I knew him mstly in movies but his stage career was impressive, too. May he rest in peace.

It's been a long time since I've seen him in anything, but I was a huge fan and knew that I would enjoy anything that had his name in the credits. RIP.
