Would you bring reading material? What would it be?

Dale apologized, saying if he had of known the world was ending he would've brought some better books, Herschell found his Bible and even Merle said the one thing he missed about Woodbury was the Library.
So ,if you did know the world was ending, what book or books would you be sure to pack?
Myself I would pack Tolkiens lotr series and at least one Playboy I didn't buy for the articles.

If the Zombie Apocalypse broke out...the last thing i would grab is my books sadly.....i love reading a little bit of everything...maybe if i had time some Chuck Klosterman not because he is my favorite author...far from it, but simply for some funny pop culture literature to remind me of what once was....but it would be the last on my list... ;)

Stephen King...if it is by him, I would grab it.
J.D. Robb - Nora Roberts' (who I can't stand) pen name. Writes futuristic serial crime novels that are fantastic.
Janet Evanovich - her Stephanie Plum series is phenomenal.
Robert Kirkman - I would definitely grab my compendiums since they are new and I haven't finished them yet.
John Grisham - pretty much everything he writes.
Gregory MacGuire - his Wicked series (at least the first) can't be beat.

Sadly, books would be the one thing that I would take and forget to take everything else! I would starve, but at least I would have good reading materials.

    The Divine Comedy - Dante.
    Wuthering Heights - Emily Bronte
    Battle Royale - Koushun Takami

Three of my favorite pieces of literature.

    The Stand

    Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

Sherlock Holmes A Study in Scarlet

    Jane Eyre

Moby Dick...never read it but maybe I finally would have time

I probably would find I couldn't haul these all around but this is what I would start with
