    What Are You Reading?

    Literature, Non-Fiction, Graphic Novels

I'm reading Bill Willingham's Fable series

I'm reading The Stuff of Legend by Mike Raicht, Brian Smith, and art by Charles Wilson.

"The year is 1944. .........when the nightmarish Boogeyman snatches a boy and takes him to the realm of the Dark, the child’s playthings, led by the toy soldier known as the Colonel, band together to stage a daring rescue. On their perilous mission they will confront the boy’s bitter and forgotten toys, as well as betrayal in their own ranks. Can they save the boy from the forces of evil, or will they all perish in the process?"

I hear that Disney may be making a live action/CGI movie http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Disne...end-31374.html and I think that will be incredible, and I want a Harmony costume - she's the tin ballerina spinning toy.

I read it in High School and loved it. Every since then, I've been a sucker for a good redemption story. The way society cast Valjean out after prison, leaving him with no honest way to support himself, is still relevant today.

The Last Continent by Terry Pratchett. Wish he didn't have Alzheimers, such a devastating disease for an author
