Character(s) you would want to be exclusive to the GN

None. Part of what makes the TV show interesting is seeing how said characters are adapted to the big screen in live action roles.

With that said, I'd be totally okay if they left out Ezekiel and Shiva.

Ezekiel because I found his whole actor schtick rather dull and Shiva because, well.... reasons.

I don't think Tyreese will make it through the next season so it'll just be Daryl & Abraham. And we know Abraham will eventually die, leaving room for Jesus. Jesus is a must have.

I would actually like to see Nick in the series and have him become Rick's new right hand man. My reasoning being that we need someone who isn't so badass to help Rick lead. Nicholas was just an ordinary guy trying to care for his family; not a badass vet like Jesus or a drug runner like Daryl. Nick was more of a grounded, realistic guy who kind of got dicked over with his recent death.

I wouldn't mind seeing Olivia straight up die; maybe cut out Regina Monroe or Spencer since there is no longer an Andrea/point of his character.

True but watch all of the irony that will be present when Spencer is made into a likeable character. They make Andrea the epitome of disgust and Spencer a hero! But wait; Spencer and Daryl I am now shipping it for all of the hate I will receive from comic and Daryl fans alike!

I wouldn't say that Gregory is a lot more hateable. Spencer "Desperate" Monroe is up there though.

I don't know why, but I really want Ryan Hurst to play the part from SOA. I would say Negan because I think he will be too difficult to capture!
